Essex NHS bosses are hoping there won't be any polyclinics built here.

These super surgeries - where several GPs and other medical specialists are all centralised in one big building - are part of Government plans to improve access to health care.

But critics say that'll just mean individual local GPs practices get forced out of business.

Here in Essex though NHS bosses say they're trying to make sure that won't happen - instead they're promising better access to services like X-Rays and minor surgeries.
