Nintendo Wii Console Is Easier to Use

Nintendo's goal was make a video game system that would appeal to people who don't usually play video games.

The Wii does this with its simple mini-game collections like Wii Sports and Wii Play.
The pick-up-and-play convinces even the most inexperienced gamer that even they can be part of this "modern evolution of video games".

The motion-sensitive remote that is the main controller of the Nintendo Wii console reduces the risk of "gamer's thumb" and the confusion of trying to remember which button to push to get your character just to move!

What could be better than a video game that allows you to get exercise while having fun?

Although the games don't require quite as much movement as you might be led to believe in order to effectively win, if you follow the directions from the game, and don't take shortcuts, you're likely to raise your heart rate and end up sore the next day.

It is more exercise than you get from the other gaming consoles which basically require you to sit in a chair and occasionally move your fingers.

Got one last christmas and I still cant stop playing it, its well worth the money.
Great fun with Mario Kart Wii - Race in either Karts or Cycles, unlock hidden characters & stages, race on tracks either as normal or in reverse. Supports online play & mine came pre-packaged with a steering wheel.

This thing is AMAZING. We have been playing Wii Sports non-stop. Can't wait to get to the other games! So what sets the Wii apart? The feeling of being immersed into the game. Sure, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 have all the technology advances built in to them. They are the cutting edge as far as graphics and video, but neither of those captured me as much as the Wii.
