In these Terms and Conditions “we, our, us, dengie local, dengielocal” refers to “dengielocal”.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Adverts are available to be shown immediately payment is made. Every effort will be made to address any queries but we regret that refunds will not be offered unless there is a major change in the service we are providing.

The price for your listing is a one off payment for the life of your business whilst you are the owner of that business. Any change of ownership will be subject to the new owner paying a new joining fee.

Advertisers are responsible for the update of their listing and are able to do so via logging in to the website.

Any listing which comes to our attention as displaying incorrect information will be given 21 days written notice via the email address provided. If the owner fails to update the information DengieLocal has the right to remove the listing. A new listing would be subject to a new joining fee.

PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED LISTINGS
Mature Audiences Websites adult in nature or otherwise not appropriate for minors (individuals under 18 years of age) may not be listed on dengielocal.co.uk.
Offensive Material Advertisers may not list ads that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, or ads that promote organisations with such views.
Describing Drugs or Drug-like Substances Dengielocal prohibits advertisers from describing legal substances, such as plants or herbs, in a manner that suggests ingesting, inhaling, extracting or otherwise using any substance or compound from the legal substance will provide the same effect as an illegal drug, compound or substance or that will provide unsubstantiated health benefits.
Encouraging Illegal Activity DengieLocal prohibits the display of website links that encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.
Ad Names and Descriptions Ads containing names descriptions that are considered in inappropriate or offensive may not be listed on DengieLocal.co.uk.
